Onesies. I remember time before onesies. There are quite a few things I

remember before. I remember typewriters. I remember when I first began using computers to type instead of the old clunky typewriters.

Many things have changed in my lifetime. I would never want to go back to using typewriters. If you made a mistake you had to pull out the sheet of paper and start over...and over...and

Most things in life don't give you a second chance to start over and over. Where as it is true that a mistake shouldn't be a life sentence, very few mistakes can be wiped out as if they never happened.

I don't think this meme is quite accurate:

"Never regret a day in your life.

Good days give you happiness

And bad days give you experience."

If you can mesh that with this one:

"Anyone who doesn't cringe at their younger self

hasn't grown."

To say, 'never regret', would deny that some truly horrific things can happen to human beings. To have been a 'younger self' means you should be a growing better self.

And another idea to keep in mind is:

"Just because things could've been different

Doesn't mean they'd be better."

Most of these thoughts have been other people's flowers. I've gleaned them from Pinterest and I'm not sure how to give credit to the authors—many are under autonomous.

But here is my thought. We may not be able to erase the past, but we should learn from it, pick up from where we are and move forward toward the light.

Philippians 3:12 "Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect: but I press on, if so be that I may lay hold on that for which also I was laid hold on by Christ Jesus. 13) Brethren, I count not myself yet to have laid hold: but one thing I do, forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, 14) I press on toward the goal unto the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15) Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, be thus minded..."
